Official results are posted for the inaugural WPC/AWPC Raw Powerlifting and Bench Press World Championships which were held Thursday through Sunday in Rostov on Don, Russia.

you have any online training log Nick? Been a big fan since I saw you bench 180 kilos raw a few years ago on ironscene.

yes, I did.
I have e first 180kg bench in 2007 (in gym and without pause).
But in november 2007 i change a work, so i haven't a chance to train as well, so my progress in benchpress was stoped (i need 3-4 benchpress training per week)
