Good lifts, almost made the last one. That is the problem with sumo pulling it makes the lockout harder.

Why does she have to lift in a raw Fed to be ranked #l? If It raw it is raw and if it is #1 then it is #1.

These are official rankings. She can't have officially competed raw in a federation that doesn't offer a raw division. She officially competed single ply.

The Lifter Rankings would be impossible to keep if each and every lifters actual equipment worn had to be determined.

She's doing USAPL raw nationals in a few weeks, so that will count for raw rankings.

However, may I ask how you put 20lbs+ on your squat and 17lbs on your bench in less then 4 months? At the Arnold you only hit 275 on squat and 192 on the bench....whats your secret? :)

Becky started training at Wild Iron. It's proof that the conjugate system does work for raw lifters too. We just pick her ME movements and accessory lifts differently.

Very very nice. Alot of non lifer women are afraid of looking thicker but body type is damn near perfect as far as I can tell in these videos. That's completely beside she's as strong as freakin' super women. Keep it up.

20lb.... 17lbs..... those are only like missed attempts. LOL! I hope nobody ever ask me why sometimes my total fluctuates between 100lbs depending if you go 6 for 9 or 9 for 9. Hell I make 50lb to 75lb jumps in my squat sometimes.

Call me crazy but that was a really weird question. I'm thinking 4 monts to add those few lbs on your total would be normal... maybe even expected with team training and changing up your training methods.

Was it just me or is that question off the wall?

I trained with Becky all last summer and she could not hit a 315lb deadlift or a 190 lb bench press, ever since moving to California and teaming up with Wild Iron and consistently working on her Crossfit workouts she has become stronger and leaner and drug-free. One of the scariest female lifters around, She will kill it at RAW Nationals. Team WildIron is definitely producing great athletes.

I don't think it's too weird of a question! My total was stuck for a couple of years. I guess I owe some credit to a great team, some modified WBB, a smattering of Crossfit, and whey protein. :)

That was not supposed to be an asshole comment buddy, i am one of beckys closet friends. I was saying that she is ridicuously strong and has been drug-free her entire life. And you were not fatter last summer beck...maybe a lil weaker...it was your diet of Kashi and Lucky Charms...she is one of the most impressive RAW female lifters bottom line
