Hearty congrats CA!

She is a BEAST!!!! I was there all day, and she is super intense. When it's time to lift, she turns into A MONSTER!!!! Good Job, and Good Luck.

Great Job!

Its about time.

Thanks a lot, Mike! Been training a long time to get that squat. And the bench was a little trick that Kevin pulled (didn't plan for that, LOL).

LOL -- thanks a lot, Frank! Nothing moves otherwise! It was great visiting, meeting you and everyone, and taking part. Good luck to you, too!

Thanks, Priest! Loved that text: "Is that all?" LOL! Well at least I missed a dead, and not a squat or bench this time (that's strictly for only you to be proud of...not me...). Put away the knife now.

I just wanted to say THANKS VERY MUCH AGAIN, especially to Kevin Stewart and Ken Gack for all their help and support at the meet. They exuded confidence and worked like a great team to coach me, Katherine Clark (congrats to Kat for hitting her first Elite total with awesome lifts in her first geared meet!!) and numerous other lifters, many beginners. Also thanks to Alan Tepper and others for constant encouragement.

(Kevin, Glen says "Hi" to... "What's that guy's name again? Oh yeah -- Super K!" I learned a ton of things I will take with me, and as I said, even though I thought you were trying to kill me, that was pretty dang awesome what you did with that bench attempt! Thanks so much to you and Rhonda for opening up your home to us. I hope you have recovered from your LOOONNNGGG day of non-stop, hard work. I am proud of ALL your lifters, tell them they'd better keep it up!!!)

I thought the crowd support at the venue was awesome -- plenty of loud PL spectators and cheering sections, signs being held up, fans of all ages -- and, to my surprise, also plenty of sunshine and warm temps in Seattle that weekend. The lifters were inspirational and you could see that their opportunities meant a lot to them. Paula Houston, nice job and impressive event -- and great work by the spotters -- thanks very much again to you and all who worked hard that day to put on a great time!

Awesome!

Didn't take long to say huge congratulations back at you, now did it Cheryl? :)

Thanks for coming out Cheryl. It is great to have top lifters from other parts of the country out here in our local meets - it makes for exciting lifting.
I did tell you Kevin would get every single pound out of you didn't I? He is an outstanding coach!
Congrats again on a great job!

Thanks so much, Bill and April! I think some of it also had to do with wearing Ann L.'s singlet that she sent me, LOL :)

Ken, you were a huge help -- I appreciated having you there doing all that work you did, plus the support -- and Kevin the Drill Sergeant got every ounce!! Took me half the week to feel like myself again! You guys and all your lifters made it a great time. Hope to see you all again!
