good luck cheryl, sorry i won't be there to "give you the gum."

CHERYL ANDERSON IS AWESOME!!!

GOOD LUCK CHERYL!!!

These are very good training videos. The camera angle is perfect.

You can clearly see depth on the squat.

All squat videos should be done that way! Easier for the "internet judges". LOL..

Great job Cheryl. Good luck to you!

Thanks so much, everyone, for your encouragement and feedback! I've been looking forward to competing again, after all this training (and I've told my son that all his video work has been pretty helpful). I appreciate all your support very much!!

P.S. to Tom -- please check your email. Thanks!

Just wanted to add that, from email updates I've been getting, Paula Houston's meet sounds like it's shaped up to be great -- some 60+ lifters, two sessions. It's going to be nice seeing a few familiar faces out there and meeting new ones!

Thanks to Kevin Stewart in advance for taking on the job of handling/coaching and motivating/pressuring me (lol), and to Mitch Edelstein for always helping me train hard and setting up travel to/from this meet in a cool city I've been wanting to see (i.e., where coffee shops abound).

Is Cheryl lifting in the upcoming World Games?
