Here is video of Jay Fry (181) bench pressing an all-time record of 750 pounds yesterday at the IPA Iron House Classic in Columbus, Ohio.

i gotta give my props, jay is definetly one of the best benchers out there right now. Good pause, full lockout, good hold til the rack command, that was a great bench, congrats on ur record jay

1. took the bar at arms length! (Very few do this now.)

2. lift off mans hands where off the bar before he started the decent! (very few do this now also)

3. good pause!

4. but was on the bench!

5. both arms where locked without a doubt before the rack command!!! (very few do this now too)

How come others are judged differently? Point, when coker turned his 771 down cause he saw the actual video of the lift and realized he got a sweetheart deal. Just because some lifters may be great why do they get favors???

Brad heck is planning a come back real soon! Noone has any room on here to talk shit about Brad! He's a great friend and even helped me with advise while I was cutting weight. He's going to come back at 165 and shock the world.

watched an interview with him yesterday on thepowerlifting.com, he was really candid on his technique and seemed willing to help. never met him, but would love to. great lift!
