caslow hit a deep 876 squat, it was deep. Not sure on his total, mid 5's and mid 6's on bench and deadlift.

I just finished adding all of the totals and placings to our website, www.bigirongym.com. I will be adding the individuals lifts to the results, but it is going to take me a little while to get them all entered in. Videos and photos are coming soon as well. We were able to get most of the lifts on video and will get them online as soon as possible.

Thank you to all of the lifters who competed yesterday, and a very special thank you to all of the spotters and loaders. Those guys did an awesome job!

Frey 2656!!! Nice lifting buddy! Strong all the way around too! This guy is going to be one to watch for a long time. He has progressed a ton in the last year and he's still young and has a long way to go.

Quickly, that's correct I went 876, 540 and 666.

Alot of incredible lifting went on, the freak as always just violent with weights. Frey was something else, how someone can make it look so easy... Cartinian hit a new 181lb record as well with 909, and a new total record with 2255. It was good to see Jimmy have some fun also, he had a good day and hit 1030 on the squat. Carrol had some off sets at the beginning that threw things off, his squat is much better than where it ended, injuries happen also, he's not done.

Love the champion ladies though, Mandy's soo young yet very good. Krystal has more to go, Larry came to play, Debbie more records, and congrats on your first meet Michelle.

Tons of achievements, I have to congratulate my man Mick Manley on breaking a record he chased hard. When you go after something there is nothing more impressive than setting your heart out for something big and acquiring it, he did it and was amzing to see.

AWESOME lifting!....Grandick is consistent!

Who is Bobby Frankl? Frey is my new hero:)

Bobby is Shawns brother.

Congrats Al, consistant as always with a huge total to match. Very impressive man.

Looks like this was a great meet, good to see Richie Briggs hit a big bench again. Frankl is "the freakshow" as always, best lifter alive IMO

WOW!!! Those are some great performances there. Can't wait to see the videos.

Putt Houston.... now with more Bom Chicka Wahwahhhhhh

This is the bottom line...if you want extreme powerlifting competition...come to the APF...Rick and his team and staff of BIG, are excpectional in every sense of the "powerlifting" word!

Huge totals! Way to lift BIG!!

Isn't that a WR squat for Al Caslow then? I think 875 was the old record. Congrats!

You could be wrong, Frankl might have gotten him on formula. Valid point thought, Frey is a monster who appears to take all comers.

I believe Frankl won best lifter on formula. But Frey did kick ass.

Frankl is unbeatable man, he weighed in at 208.. hahahaha, pound for pound he's just to far ahead for most. he was 50lbs of his bench and 20lbs of his dead, 15-20lbs of his squat as well. When he puts it on, it'll be something incredible.

Frey is something coming on fast and strong though..
