Here is training footage from a few of the lifters who will be competing at this weekend's Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio.

Becky Rich (132) is one of the favorites at the USAPL Raw Challenge which will take place today. Rich ranks third on the Powerlifting Watch Lifter Rankings and eleventh on the Power Rankings.

Deadlifting 285, 305, and missing 325 pounds:

Andrew Hollenbeck (165) will be representing the Atlantic division in the NAPF Quest American Invitational on Saturday. Hollenbeck, only a junior, is ranked second on the Powerlifting Wach Lifter Rankings.

Becky, those were not DE squats. They looked more like cira max or max effort squats. Drop some weight off that bar and get(a lot) faster! Good luck at your next meet!

yeah...we're working on her explosiveness...there was literally no difference in speed from an empty bar to the top set.
