My votes go to Marcus Hirvonen he is the best bencher on the planet. Last year i have big problem with one of my shoulder and drop my bodyweight to 275 pounds. Now my bodyweight is 308 pounds and my training is going better but i am not in good shape....

Marcus is going to be tough to beat and Midote is coming off the best meet of his life. There are SO many great benchers at this meet, it's going to be FUN!!!!!
