British Powerlifting Personality of the Year

In voting at the Powerlifting UK forum, Dean Bowring was named 2008 British Powerlifting Personality of the Year. Dave 'Bulldog' Beattie was runner-up. Neil Deighton placed third in the voting. Other nominees included Andy Bolton, Chris Jenkins, and Delroy McQueen.

good to see dave beattie was right up there,well deserving.dave is always available to help if he possibly can.very obliging no matter who you are so long as you are interested in lifting.
