alright lets hear a ll the haters.....

Great lifting, dudee that wss so cool when CT fletcher paused 405 on his chest for about 15 seconds on his second rep and started talking and than proceeded to do 6 more reps! So cool

Are you f**king kidding me. 605 like it was the right thing to do. No lift off just no big deal let me just get this out of the way 605 done whats next. That was impressive. Dammm impressive. Dude didn't even look that big.

That's Bob Siebold. He held the USPF Calif State records at 198 and 220 for almost 18 years. James Burdette broke his 198 record and Ryan Girard broke his 220 record in 2008.

FUK!! Siebold's benching was absolutely INSANE! The guy was amazing! Holy shit!!

people talk crap about the use of bench shirts and drugs all the time but nobody is gonna say anything about siebold?! the guy used a cassette player to enhance his training and thats just wrong!

I like how Siebold does his set at 495 with his feet up and makes it look easy. His 605 went up super smooth, too!
Does anyone know what his best contest benches were?

that siebold benching 275kg at what 100kg is f..king mental.an ct were funny how chilled out he was

Yup, that's BOB Siebold.

I apologize for getting his first name incorrect.

I typed it in properly when I posted the video but then my brain temporarily ran out of coffee.

My apologies to Bob Siebold,
Sean

How come i've never heard of these guys??? I know i'm pretty young but damn! Especially Bob Siebold, what a machine. When I read in the article about some guy doing 600+ raw, I thought it was some 300 pounder. WOW.

It makes a big difference! Not many clean lifters out there because it's hard to train that way - most people like short cuts.

Agreed, while I don't think anyone would claim that lifters that use do not work as hard as clean lifters. Certainly it will take a clean guy a hell of a lot longer to get results.

hmm i forgot, a quick shot of test, and all of a sudden you bench 600. come on guys. on or off it still takes an incredible amount of work to bench 600 raw, but who cares if you are gassed to the max or if you claim to be clean. being clean is all that waxman, the government, and the rest of the idiot general public wants to hear anyway.

Apparently you did not reads the above post, noone is taking away the fact that a 600lb raw bench is incredible, with or without gear. The point is there is a huge difference between natural lifters and enhanced lifters. So to say "who cares" well it does matter, i don't think anyone would disagree with the fact that a 600lb natural bench is more impressive than one assisted with juice. Also, how dare that IDIOT general public want to know how athletes can perform with their genetically given talent on an equal playing field.

Agreed. Also, if "supplements" didn't make much difference, then nobody would take them as the expense and possible health risks would not be worth it.
