Thanks Berby, I hope to see u at are meet on July 7th 2007 at Ultimate Fitness in Milton! I'm going 181lbs Junior, I think I guess we will see how much I have to loss when It gets a little closer. But I should move more weight at a higher body weight I hope!

I want to let everyone know that there is going to be a duel sanctioned Powerlifting & Strict curl meet at Ultimate fitness in Milton it will be sanctioned be the AAU and 100% RAW Powerlifting federation. The meet will be held out side weather permiting! with all single lift and full meet lifing. And we need lifters to fill it up all new lifters welcome.
