I plan on coming to SC within the next year or so. I am in the Navy. I have been lifting for 1 year training time. My training is broke up since I go to sea. I started late. I am 25. In a year I went from barely lifting by body weight, to a 240 bench, a 385 dead, and a 315 squat. I love this sport. I'm on fire for it. If I could get some positive feedback that would be great.
