We have a separate powerlifting room with separate stereo, so you can bring your own music! Also included is an indoor turf room with sled for pulling, and a 500 lbs. tire outside for flipping. You will not find a better place to train powerlifting! We have 20 members actively competing, and we do RAW, Single Ply, Double Ply, whatever you want!

Smitty's Ironworks has a monolift style rack (but not a monolift), bands and chains, an adjustable box squat box, and benches. The owner (Matt Smith aka Smitty) is a powerlifter in the MI AAPF and MI USAPL. There are a few others there as well.
