Hello I live in the Toledo area and have recently become interested in training for bench press competitions. I have no experience competing or have not trained serious enough to compete. I've basically have become interested after studying up on the conjugate method thru west side video's and articles. My question do you have anybody there or a group that has experience and trains for competitions that would be willing to help out a complete novice? Has extensive experience with the conjugate Method?
