I just moved to rochester and i love to powerlift. My gym back home in michigan was big into it so i got into it. I have been looking for powerlifting gyms in rochester and finally found yours. I was wondering about your prices for memberships, hours of business, and if you guys have all the bands, and boards for board presses and all that good stuff.
