The " Living Room "

Well equiped, clean, serious hardcore power-gym. Custom made in-the-home gym (not in a garage or a damp dark basement with Sears-type equipment ) Specialty bars, boards,bands dumbells to 120 lbs. custom made handles ( reg. or fat ) . Six people train there on s-w-f including myself and 6 time IPF World Champion Ellen Stein. All accomplished competitive lifters raw and geared..Very high energy/intensity . Gym was featured in last month`s Muscle Mag Magazine...Only in use a short while it already boasts 3 best team and 3 best lifter trophies. All but 2 have totaled Elite in either pro/am divisions .Close-knit,encouraging atmosphere.......No charge just bring bagels - I supply the coffee ! !
