I was overtaken by your compassion on the nightly news tonight.... I have been on a journey since Jan. 7th 2007,,, a personnal walk to loosing 100lbs the oldschool way... I work out 7-days a week...walking, elipitical and with weights which have built-up not only my body but my self-confidence....I wish every person struggling with their weight could feel how it feels haveing strength weight lifting and being physically fit... It truely has changed my life... It was one day at a time....
