Notes: One word to describe it: INCREDIBLE! This place could pass for a D1 weight room. I highly, highly doubt there is a nicer commercial gym anywhere in the country.
The place has 4 of the huge PowerLift power racks. Each rack has an olympic lifting platform on each side of the rack and then a huge cage in which you can easily do sumo deads or wide-stance squats or overhead presses. Of course the chinning apparatus and removable dip apparatus on each.
Another rack on the other side of the power rack. So basically you have 8 olympic lifting platforms, 4 huge power racks, and 4 standard racks. All sorts of bars (cambered, safety squat, thick bar) with all sorts of chains/bands/bumpers/regular weights nearby. Chalk is allowed.
Two beautiful, top-of-the-line GHRs from Elite and 2 hypers next to them. Reverse hypers and dumbells to come in the next few days. Boxes for jumps and box squats everywhere and then the usual gym stuff (lots of HammerStrength). Everything is brand spanking new and shiny. Plenty of cardio equipment as well.
The gym is the real deal. Membership is only $50 a month, cheaper if a year is paid in full (for the gym only).
