Notes: This is an old school gym in the basement of Dumbarton Middle School. Entrance is behind school. After turning off York Rd, make first right and immediate left into what looks like a driveway. Follow around, gym is at the end of the parking lot in the basement. Follow the metal music.

One IPA elite level powerlifter trains here 2x a week at 6pm. Also trains at York and Dynamo. Looking for more serious and local elite level lifters. Come in and ask. Several olympic lifters and competitive body builders train here as well.
Has: 2 power racks, 1 squat stand, box squat, platforms for deads, leg press, hack squat, 4 benches, dip stand, 100 lb plates, bumper plates, chains, up to 150lb dumbells, lots of chalk, and other typical equipment.
Powerlifter brings: Bands, chains, boards, gear, work ethic, westside based training.
