I am Ken Smiths Grandson - and I have been training at Kens gym for a year now!!! it is by far the best gym in Reading as we have no stupid posers trying to lift more dan what they are actually capable of! Ken Smith is one of the, if not the best trainer in the world as he doesnt take any crap from anybody and isn't afraid to throw anyone out! the atmosphere is also a fun one as everbody there who trains are also capable of having a laugh!!!

Awesome, I may be coming here for Uni so it looks like I'll have a place to train - I lift in the BDFPA so I'll love it from the sounds of it lol.
