The YMCA has been providing health & fitness activities for over 100 years. Our current gym offers all the usual gym equipment along-side our growing weights section.
We mostly train youth but welcome adults new to Powerlifting or strength training. We attend competitions in the North of Ireland NIWLA (IPF) and other regional events.
