This is a great gym. If you're looking for a place that is a dungeon, hardcore, bodybuilding or powerlifting gym, this is your place. There are many pieces of equipment, machines and free weights alike. Love it.

joe let us put a monlift in, rev hyper. only monolift w/ 1.5 hours i train my group of powerlifters here. by far best place in the cuse to train heavy.

I'm originally from Syracuse but have been living in Albany for the last 9 years. I currently workout at Golds Gym but plan on moving back to Syracuse with in the next year so I will most likely see you then. This August I will be coming up for a long weekend I may try to stop in and check out the gym.
Can't wait to be around other lifters that just get "IT"
