Equipment includes a Monolift, large power-rack, large assortment of bands, grappler, prowler, reverse hyper, 2 inch fat bar, buffalo bar, 14 inch cambered bar, mastadon bar, safety squat bar, trap bar, several deadlift and bench bars, six 100 lb plates, two sleds, deadlift platform, jumpstretch platform, 8 and 12 inch steel logs, stones from 220 to 400, yoke, farmers walk bars, tractor tires from 280 to 1050, grip training implements and probably a few more items I can't remember. Also, plenty of chaulk, tacky and loud music.
