i currantly belong to a gym in sanford called body works, im looking to work with someone who can help me get to a new level, im trying to get bigger and stronger, im 43 yrs old. ive been at this for almost 1.5 yrs, i weigh about 215lbs. i feel i need to be around more serious lifters. im very dedicated, and i take this serios, i want to compete in 3 yrs. i feel it would take about 5 yrs total .i live in waterboro and im on the 2nd. shift at pratt & whitney so any help in the morning would be great. please email or call if you have any openings. thanks john c. phone # 247-2908
