Coffee's Gym

For anyone interested, the Texas Strongest Man Contest is this Saturday, May 13th at the Grapevine Hilton. The contest starts at 11a.m. and will wrap up at 5p.m. Please come on out and support strength athletics if you are in the area. Look forward to seeing anyone who supports powerllfting there.

I think coffee's gym use to be a great gym, but now there are 4 & 5 dogs running around the gym while people are trying to workout, babies crying, and playing. its a shame that one of the best hard core gym that produced some of the greatest lifters in weightlifting, bodybuilder and powerlifters in this country has down graded to this. I would like to see Coffee's gym return to its rightful place as one of the best gym in this county. No matter where you went people knew coffee's gym back in the day.

Hei Coffee I am glad to see that you are still around and still being one of the bests out there on women weightlifiting. I have wonderful memories living over there in Marietta with Rachel and you coaching me all the way through strenght training, food, mental strenght and skill and technique in weightlifting.

I am proud to be your athelete and to call you coach.
