Jon I did so just that. He emailed me a day or so later and just told me that the gym is in Hanover and to let him know when I wish to visit. I haven't seen my question posted on elitefts.com either.

I also emailed him back asking for an adress and phone # and still haven't heard from Scott but I do realize Scott is a busy man and probably has alot of more emails to respond to so that is understandable.

I will do so Jon. There is not an adress or phone # on the Club Natural web page. No clue why. Hopefully I wil get an email from Scott because I am new in the central PA area an am itching to start lifting again very soon.

I am a local metal head looking for some help with my bench press. I have been stuck at 385 for some time now, I have been thinking of getting a bench shirt to push myself even harder just wondering if you use them and could maybe help me out.I dont have a partner for a few years now and lifting with a part time spotter in my son is no fun,so joinng a gym is in my future. can you help?
