Notes: While Velocity Sports Performance is not normally known for being a traditional gym where you pay a monthly membership and get to use the facility whenever you want, we are more than happy to have any member of the strength community stop in to check out our facility and see what we can do to help them out. We have a competition platform with Combo Rack and a full set of Ivanko competition plates. We also have both training and competition "Q" bars. On top of that we have dumbbells that go up to 125.
