We have received official sanctioning from the APF (American Power lifting Federation) & USA Weightlifting to run a December Holiday Power Lifting and Olympic Lifting Meets.

The Meet, titled "Holiday Festival of Strength" will be held on Saturday, December 12 & Sunday December 13, 2009 at Body Temple Gym in Camarillo, CA.

On Saturday we will have a full power lifting meet consisting of a raw lifting category, a single ply category, and a multi-ply category. We will have three Mono Lifts, Forza Bench Press, and Ivanco Kilo Plates, Elico Bumper Plates, Texas Power Bars, Olympic Lifting Bars, on the platform and the warm-up area.

Scot Mendelson (1,025 lb world record bench press) will be lifting at the meet. On Sunday we will have an Olympic Weight Lifting Competition. We will also have a Kettle Bell Training Seminar, Cross-Fit Training Seminar, a Women's Boot Camp, a bench for reps contest, and a curl for reps contest.

We will be giving out sculptured trophies (see attached) and Event-T-Shirts to all of the competitors. Chuck LaMantia of Abundant Entertainment is scheduled to be the announcer at our event. Chuck and his wife are truly professionals at what they do. While talking to Chuck, he had mentioned that he will be announcing the Mr.Olympia contest in Vegas this month, the USPF Worlds in November, and the AAU Worlds this year. Not to mention the different Nationals that he dose throughout the year.

Every competitor will be receiving a bag with T-Shirts, Supplements, and Promotional Material. We already have several vendors committed to sponsoring the event, including APT Pro Wrist Straps, Gaspari Nutrition, City Shopper Magazine, Powerlifting USA, T-Mobile, Bulldawg Distribution, Scivation, etc.. This will be a great opportunity to promote your company.

We will be featured in the November Issue of Power Lifting USA. Their will be News Paper & Radio announcements, etc. Our promotional poster is complete (See attached). It is being posted on web sites and distributed to gyms, supplement stores, and local business through-out California, and the surrounding states. Over 3,000 promotional flyer's were distributed at the Mr. Olympia Expo in Las Vegas September 24-27, 2009.
