My name is David Dias and I am interisted in powerlifting. I know two of if not the most important. Parts of powerlifting our diet and form. The third being consistantcey and thats about all I know. I am currently a member at Fitness 19, but plan to change to a gym that speaclizes in powerlifting. I live in Towne Lake right know.
