World Association of Benchers and Deadlifters (WABDL)

The World Association of Bencher and Deadlifters offers single lift bench press and deadlift meets around the United States.

Drug Testing
WABDL meets are drug tested.

Equipment
The WABDL allows certain bench shirts up to double ply including denim. Canvas is not allowed. Single ply lifting suits are allowed although denim and canvas are not. Briefs are allowed. Knee wraps up to 2 meters are fine. See the WABDL website for a complete approved equipment list.
