Eagle Strength Association (ESA)

The Eagle Strength Association (ESA) was formed in 2009. The ESA will offer full meets, bench only and bodyweight for reps bench press divisions.

Drug Testing
The ESA does not drug test.

Equipment
The ESA allows wrist wraps and either 2 meter knee wraps or knee sleeves. The federation does use a monolift.
