2010 Powerlifting Fantasy League Rules
1. You must be a registered member of Powerlifting Watch to create a team and participate in the Powerlifting Fantasy League.
2. The fantasy season covers events from January 30 - December 5, 2010.
3. You may add or remove lifters from your roster any time before the season starts. Once the season begins, your team will be fixed every Wednesday at 10 PM Eastern time for the upcoming weekend. For meets where open class lifters begin to compete on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, you should include those lifters in your roster on the prior Thursday.
4. You may make an unlimited number of roster moves every week and throughout the year.
5. Your team will consist of twelve lifters to include:
- 2 Heavyweight Benchers (275+/181+)
- 2 Heavyweight Powerlifters (275+/181+)
- 2 Middleweight Benchers (181-242/132-165)
- 2 Middleweight Powerlifters (181-242/132-165)
- 2 Lightweight Benchers (165-/123-)
- 2 Lightweight Powerlifters (165-/123-)
6. Points can only be scored by open class lifters.
7. Points will be scored from sanctioned meets and the Raw Unity Meet where official meet results are available.
8. Scoring will be as follows:

World Championships
1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 40 points
3rd place - 30 points - National Championships or Other Major Events (Events with top lifters & depth of competition)
1st place - 30 points
2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points - All-time or Federation Open Class Records (federations with older records)
20 points - Other
